This is a song about incarnating here from the future. It’s the first of my new batch of songs (2008) whereas the previous batch were from 2002.

Fallen so far into this dimension of despair…
But when I think of home,
These noble realms of tomorrow,
I feel great power stirring deep within my soul.

Our covenant forged beyond space and time.
Hear my call, O Knights of Pleiades:
Will you show them the way, through the gates of eternity?
“With heavy hearts we watch your world rent asunder.
Hope lies in you now to remember who you are
And shine forth the eternal flame of wisdom.
The time, my Son, is Now!”
Explanation of the Lyrics
Waters so dark surround me.
River of Time, don’t drown me.
Fallen so far into this dimension of despair…
In my dreams, and in mythology, this dimension we are living in is symbolized as the bottom of the ocean, surrounded by black waters. It’s dark and cold and heavy pressure here, cut off from the sunlight far above. Incarnating here is like being taken to the bottom of the ocean.
But when I think of home,
These noble realms of tomorrow,
I feel great power stirring deep within my soul.
Reminiscing about the future, the future from which some of us originated, having incarnated back in time into this darker world of the past.
Promises to fight, for freedom, truth, and right
Our covenant forged beyond space and time.
A covenant was formed among a group of higher dimensional warriors, a promise to enter into this earthly realm of spacetime to fight for justice and balance because the time-war that started there continues here, and must be won here to end it there.
Hear my call, O Knights of Pleiades:
Will you show them the way, through the gates of eternity?
Knights of Pleiades is a poetic reference to the STO Nordics. This is a calling, asking them to help people transcend the limitations of spacetime.

The time, my Son, is Now!”
This is the reply to the call. It’s a message from those spiritual kin back in the future or higher realms, giving their final message/reminder/command to awaken, rise up, and carry out the spiritual mission because the time is now!
Technical Info
Recording Gear:
Hardware: Presonus Audiobox USB audio interface, SM57 and AT2020 condenser mics, Powerbook, Schecter Damien 6 guitar, Roland Cube 30X amp.
Software: Logic Express 8, EZDrummer VST with DFH expansion, 4Front Bass and Piano VST modules, Soundfonts for strings and choirs, vocoder VST, PSP Vintage Warmer for mastering, various built-in delay and reverb effects, and a vocal transformer plugin for the spoken word part.
Everything except vocals and electric guitar were MIDI sequenced. Rhythm guitar was tracked three times, each with two mics. No vocal tracking or pitch correction used, just comping of several takes.
